The Board is made up of five to seven members of the Arbor Creek Homeowners Association. Members of the Board are elected at the Association’s annual meeting in October and serve for a two-year term. Terms are staggered to provide continuity from year to year, with two or three new members elected every year.

Prepare board meeting agenda items
Lead the monthly board meetings
Respond to or assign all outside/inside inquiries (request for information, realtor issues, reporters, homeowners requests etc.)
Work in conjunction with the Pittsfield Township police department on neighborhood safety issues
Create the quarterly newsletter
Oversee budget

Maintain a spreadsheet of association expenses
Pay all association expenses on a regular basis

Coordinate tax process with outside accountant
