A Great Place to Live in Ann Arbor, Michigan
The Neighborhood
Arbor Creek is a beautiful residential community of 178 single-family homes in a suburban setting where its residents enjoy quiet living and the proximity of Nature. It is located just minutes away from the I-94 expressway, central campus of the University of Michigan and the downtown area of the city of Ann Arbor.
The planned design of Arbor Creek is composed of traditionally styled homes, broad streets and 10 acres of natural areas that provide park spaces, walking paths, wetlands and a woodland preserve. These natural areas are commonly owned by all homeowners.
Arbor Creek has a participatory Homeowners Association whose objectives are: to maintain and improve the commonly-owned elements, to enhance the quality of life of its residents, and to help preserve property values.
